Back door anal spray is more concentrated than Pjur Analyse me comfort spray.

It contains some lauromacrogol that slightly desensitizes the anal sphincter for a better sensation and less pain.
It is a very safe product and doesn't contain any lydocaine or benzocaine.

Only 2-4 sprayings are needed per application, preferably 20-30 minutes before.
