For all orders over $150, goods will be delivered free of charge within Australia, with the same level of privacy and discretion.

For international orders over $150 to New-Zealand, New-Caledonia & French Polynesia, you get $10 OFF your delivery charges, so you pay $15 of shipping fees instead of $25.

Once you have received our email confirmation order, you will receive another email when your order leaves our store.

Delivery Charges

For all orders with a total amount of items under $150, we charge a flat rate of $9 across Australia.
For international orders from New-Zealand, New-Caledonia or French Polynesia, we charge a flat rate of $25, or only $15 if your order is over $ 150.

Delivery Times:
Please note that all delivery times are estimated from when your order leaves our store. We usually process orders within 48 business hours. In the rare instance that it takes longer than 48 business hours to process your order, we will email you with a revised Estimated Time of Arrival.
Once your order has been processed, it will be usually delivered in the next 3-5 working days depending on your area.
If your order is still not shipped after 3 business days, it is not because we forgot about you. It is because:
- One of your order items got back ordered and we try to overnight the item from one of our suppliers so you can have it.

- After contacting our suppliers and if all of them are out of that item as well, we will ship out the rest of your orders and credit the item amount back to your credit card.

Delivery process

If there is no-one to accept delivery, AUSTRALIA POST will take your parcel to the nearest POST office, AUSTRALIA POST will leave a card allowing you to collect your delivery at your convenience.
