All sales items are non-returnable unless faulty.

If a product is faulty, and we cannot provide you with the same one because it is sold out, we will proceed to a refund.

To enable us to refund you, goods must be returned to us within 14 days, AFTER NOTIFICATION FROM YOU,7 days after the date of reception of your purchase.

Goods returned to us without notification cannot be exchanged for goods.

There is sometimes a simple solution to fix a toy by proceeding as follows:

  FOR DVD’S :Before you send back any "faulty" product may we first ask you to follow a few simple testing points as follows.

- Check the movie format of your DVD & if it can be played on your DVD player & television.
- Check if your TV set can receive PAL and NTSC signals.
- Check the zoning of your DVD player and the zoning of the DVD.

NTSC (National Television System Commitee) and PAL (Phase Alternating Line) are Television Broadcast formats. NTSC is used in North America, Japan and South America. PAL is used in Australia, SE Asia, UK and Europe.

Most PAL DVD players and televisions made in the past 5 years or so generally support NTSC playback. This means that they will successfully play DVDs in the NTSC format. However, both the DVD player and the television set must be NTSC capable to allow playback. The ability of X-box and PlayStation games console to playback NTSC format appears to vary from one DVD title to another.

To check if your TV set can receive PAL and NTSC signals, refer to your instruction manual, or ask at the place you bought your TV. If they don't know, try contacting the manufacturer of your TV set.

All our DVDs are zone "Multi Region" and  can be played on all DVD players, unless specified otherwise.

Please note, our return policy does not apply to goods which have been used and where the purchaser is dissatisfied with the content.

Certain fabrics reflect light differently depending on lighting conditions, resulting in apparent colour variations shown in the catalogue. Therefore, colours depicted should be used only as a guide.

Please note, the packaging and images on some products listed on this site may slightly vary from the product received.

In order to adapt to customer feedback we reserve the right to amend and improve product specifications and lingerie fabrics and trims.

Postage and packing for international orders to NEW ZEALAND, NEW-CALEDONIA, FRENCH POLYNESIA, SINGAPORE and all other countries from ASIA-PACIFIC are charged at a flat rate of $25, or $15 only if your order is over $150.
