To measure for size, stretch the penis and measure the diameter of the shaft in inches.
Add .125” to your measurement to allow for clearance and cleaning.  
Also included with the kit is an extender ring that can be glued to the back of the device for extra length.  
To test for size, you can tape it in place before deciding to make it a permanent part of the experience.

To wear the device, you should first thread the included leather strip through your existing PA ring, and then use that strip to guide the penis until the cage is around the shaft with the head completely clearing the end.

Once the cage in place, remove your PA ring and replace it with one of the included plastic hooks.  
Once in place, slide the base of the plastic hook into the slot on the cage.  
Turn the cam lock on the bottom of the chastity device to secure the hook in place.

NOTE: It’s very important to clean inside the cage and specifically around the base of the PA hook frequently.
